High end hollow and laminated glass
- Product Description

Tempered Glass Tempered glass is produced by heating glass to its softening point in a horizontal or bending tempering furnace and then rapidly and evenly cooling it with cold air. This process creates uniform compressive stress on the surface of the glass and tensile stress inside, effectively increasing its bending and impact resistance to four times that of ordinary glass. When it breaks, it shatters into small, uniform, non-sharp fragments, making it an ideal safety glass for modern life.
Product Features:
High safety;
High strength, tempered glass strength is 4 times that of ordinary annealed glass, semi-tempered;
Glass strength is twice that of ordinary annealed glass;
High resistance to thermal stress and wind pressure;
Excellent bending and impact resistance;
Product Applications:
Architectural safety glass, interior and exterior decoration, glass railings and escalator handrails, glass furniture, shelves, counters, telephone booths, etc., glass curtain walls for buildings, window glass

2. All glass must be cut to the required size, drilled, and edged before the tempering process. Cutting and arbitrary edge processing cannot be performed after tempering.
